* Lead account planning and pursuit strategies
* Advise and prepare scopes for clients that address delivery and approvals risks
* Lead bid strategy, value propositions, pricing and pitches to clients
* Build cross-Tasman collaboration with Beca's New Zealand team for project pursuits and delivery across Australia and the Pacific
* Build discipline tools, templates and training for consistent high-quality delivery
* Provide technical verification and lead the delivery of heritage projects, including overseeing project teams, planning and delivery of fieldwork, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met
* Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, provide expert advice on heritage and archaeological matters, and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs while adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices
* Effectively engage stakeholders, both internal and external, relevant to the role
* Present technical findings and relay information to non-technical persons, including clients and community
* Apply heritage and archaeological legislation, regulations, and guidelines to assess significance, develop conservation strategies, and mitigate impacts on heritage and archaeological values
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, helping to develop their skills and expertise in heritage and archaeological management and consultancy
About You
