Senior Beauty Advisor Job Description
The Senior Beauty Advisor is a key member of the retail team, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth. As a leader in the store, you will embody the Sephora DNA by showcasing a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
* Be a role model to your team by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a deep knowledge of our products.
* Drive a selling culture by coaching and supporting your team members to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions and work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
* Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and has a strong background in retail management, including people management, sales forecasting, and stock control.
As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.
