Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflow to maintain service continuity and theatre efficiency.
Manage and mentor a large team, driving performance, training, and workplace culture aligned with Metro North values.
Ensure compliance with cleaning standards, safety regulations, and quality improvement initiatives through audits and reporting.
Act as a key liaison with clinical teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication to support patient care.
