Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Corporate HSEQ Manager and working closely with the Project Manager, the HSEQ Advisor will:
Provide HSE advice, coaching and support to site teams
Conduct audits, inspections, behavioural observations and risk assessments
Lead incident reporting and ICAM investigations
Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training
Review and improve JHAs, SWMS and Work Packs
Monitor subcontractor WHS compliance
Coordinate site emergency procedures
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulators
Prepare reports and documentation
Promote health, wellbeing and safety initiatives
Skills and Experiences:
About You
Certificate IV in WHS (mandatory)
3–5 years HSEQ experience in construction, demolition or heavy industry
Strong knowledge of Victorian WHS legislation
ICAM investigation experience
White Card
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
TAE or audit experience (desirable)
Experience in demolition/civil environments (highly regarded)
