Who we're looking for: PICA Group is now looking for a talented Strata Manager to join our BCP Birtinya branch on the Sunshine Coast. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings and developing great relationships with our customers. Join us and work toward progressing your career in Strata. Supported by a customer care team and centres of expertise, we work as one team to deliver value to our customers. Responsibilities

* Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
* Always delivering high quality of customer service in any situation.
* Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community's future.
* Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialized departments to back you up.
* Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
* Overseeing the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.


About you

* You are a true problem solver and thrive with delivering solutions
* You have at least 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager and some knowledge of commercial portfolios. You know the legislation and can communicate this to people who might not understand as much as you.
* You are great at building relationships, look for win/win solutions and love turning detractors into promoters.
* You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments. You love achieving your goals and celebrating yours (and other's) success.
* You can understand the basics – Microsoft Office and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
