* Take ownership of venue results and business outcomes
* Build meaningful local relationships around Orion Plaza
* Support community initiatives, partnerships and events
* Help grow brand awareness and create lasting guest connections

Who You're A Good Fit For
* Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or another fast‐paced customer‐focused environment
* Strong financial acumen, including labour management, budgets, COGS and P&L responsibility
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* A proactive, hands‐on leadership style
* Energy, resilience and a genuine passion for developing people
