Leadership Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and experienced retail leader to support the Store Manager in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team.
In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the store team. You'll also deliver an exceptional customer experience through service and presentation excellence.
Additionally, you'll assist in managing store operations including stock control, merchandising, and team performance. You'll oversee training, development, and performance conversations, and ensure a safe and compliant store environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Experience in retail or hospitality leadership

* Strong up-selling skills and the ability to maximise sales opportunities
