Key areas of practice will include:
* Strong experience within QLD residential conveyancing.
* Commercial experience is welcomed.
* Experience in NSW, VIC, WA, SA, ACT or NT is a plus.
* Preparing settlement calculations.
* Liaising with agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, banks and other financial institutions.
* Uphold legal compliance including stamp duty, registration fees.
* PEXA.
