About the opportunity
* Lead and grow audiology services in Hamilton and surrounding communities
* Deliver truly customer‑centric hearing care with a strong local focus

The offer
* Guaranteed salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + super (paid fortnightly)
* Annual profit share once the business is profitable (paid monthly)
