Supporting Independence at Home
Our team is dedicated to helping older people live their lives with dignity and independence. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their quality of life while living in the home they love.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing support with everyday tasks such as:
* General house cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
* Laundry and linen changes
* Reporting any concerns regarding client well-being
* Personal Care
* Transportation of clients to medical appointments, social outings and daily activities
About You
We are looking for someone who has an empathetic nature and is committed to supporting the needs of older people. You should have strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is also essential.
In addition, you should have good communication and interpersonal skills and a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle. A Certificate III in Individual Care -Aged or related is advantageous but not required.
