**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Operations Centre team. As an Operations Centre Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the provisioning and restoration of services to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the provisioning and restoration of services to customers
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
* Support the development of operational processes and procedures
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Diploma level of education in Telecommunication / Electronics IT or equivalent
* 'A' level standard of education in IT or relevant field OR Associate Level Professional qualification with Huawei, CISCO, Microsoft or equivalent
* Computer knowledge (Word Processing and Spreadsheet)
* Knowledge of and experience Cerillion CRM platform
* Pleasant and outgoing personality and ability to influence others
* Ability to manage people
* Ability to dialogue and discuss telecommunications service with customers at any level
* Knowledge of circuit testing
* Honest and trustworthy
* Flexible and willing to work outside normal working hours
* Supervisory Skills
* CISCO CCNA Certification
* Knowledge on the TR69 / MetaView / NCE / HLR managed platform
