The Chief Technology Office (CTO) focuses on architecture services, such as domain architecture blueprints, technology strategy and architecture governance, to meet our business aspirations both today and for the future. Enterprise Architecture experts who’ve designed at scale — ideally with deep experience in Retail Banking ecosystems. Strategic thinkers who can turn vision into actionable roadmaps, and have helped organisations navigate technology transformation. Delivery champions who’ve taken major business solutions from whiteboard to production across multiple teams and platforms. Architecture innovators skilled in designing and adopting services-based business architectures that enable agility and growth. Professionally certified in frameworks such as TOGAF and BIAN with a track record of applying them pragmatically in complex environments. Academically grounded, holding tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
