Overview
ERM Australia is seeking recent environmental graduates who are inquisitive, inspired, and bring a new way of thinking to challenge the status quo and address sustainability challenges. The Graduate Program focuses on contaminated land investigation, assessment and remediation. Graduates will work in the Newcastle office as part of a consulting team on large, complex, long‐term projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in fieldwork programs, visiting project sites to conduct environmental studies and collect data and samples.
* Prepare technical reports, analyses and documentation for clients.
* Support senior consultants in delivering project deliverables while managing multiple assignments and tight deadlines.
* Contribute to project planning, data management and client presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering or a related field.
* Recent graduate or up to two years of experience, with a strong interest in contaminant site investigation.
* Commitment to safety, ability to follow health and safety protocols.
* Strong written and verbal communication, organisational and analytical skills.
* Experience or familiarity with data management software or databases is beneficial.
* Valid driver's licence and good driving record.
* Australian working rights.
