About the Position
Our Wests Nelson Bay site is currently seeking a casual Patisserie Attendant to join their team.
This casual opportunity is responsible and key to our patisserie located in our Food Court.
Providing outstanding customer service, daily activities will include:
Operating and balancing of tills
Preparing, cooking, and serving food
Barista duties
Set up and set down of work stations
Cleaning of all work areas
Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed
Providing friendly and efficient service to members and guests
This position will require availability to work on Friday nights, weekends, as well as good availability through the week.
Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods, availability during seasonal peaks is essential.
Please be aware that split shifts are required for this position.
About You
You are someone who can work under pressure whilst ensuring that our current high standards are met.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a café or fast food environment.
Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a team environment and excellent interpersonal skills.
Your excellent customer service skills and problem solving ability will have you thriving in this position.
