About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Receiving/Forklift Driver/Warehouse role to join our team based in Cheltenham. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the role will require the successful candidate to perform warehouse‑related tasks including receiving, inventory management, picking and packing activities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing and invoicing.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Safe storage and handling of goods.
- Participate in cycle counting and periodic stocktakes as required.
- Pack customer orders in a manner that eliminates damage in transit to an absolute minimum.
- Liaise with warehouse employees and other departments in relation to goods movements.
- Operate a forklift, including loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Carry and/or move goods.
- Clean and maintain work areas.
- Maintain quality control by following established quality procedures.
About You
- Experience in a logistics warehouse environment, receiving.
- Forklift licence.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safe use of warehouse materials handling equipment.
