**Job Description:**
As an Assistant Tutor, you will support our lead tutors in dynamic group classes, helping students deepen their understanding, build confidence, and achieve outstanding results. You will also conduct 1-on-1 video consultations outside of class hours, provide ongoing text-based support, review learning materials, and mentor students.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a secondary tutor during classes to help address student questions and clarify concepts
- Conduct 1-on-1 video consultations with students outside of class hours
- Provide ongoing text-based support to answer student questions promptly after class
- Review and proofread learning materials to ensure quality and accuracy
- Mentor students and share your passion for teaching
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong academic background in English Language, with a minimum 95+ ATAR and 40+ raw study score. You should also have tutoring experience in VCE English Language and be able to simplify complex concepts.
