What You'll Be Doing
* Managing client relationships post-settlement, ensuring they receive exceptional ongoing care
* Conducting loan repricing requests and proactively identifying retention opportunities
* Handling client queries, providing timely updates, and building strong relationships
* Maintaining accurate client records and following up on reviews and milestones
* Supporting the team with retention strategies and initiatives
* Contributing to continuous improvement of client service processes
About You
* 1+ year experience in the broking or banking industry
* A natural communicator who thrives on building lasting relationships
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
* Positive, motivated, and eager to grow professionally
