* Manage and liaise with union representatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Support workforce planning, coaching, and building team capability, driving continuous improvement and delivering results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven HR generalist or business partner experience, ideally gained in an operational, manufacturing, or blue-collar environment.
* Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, and HR best practice.
