The Role
Ballarat Christian College is seeking a relational, faith-driven and strategic leader to become its next Principal. Working closely with the College Board, the Principal will lead the spiritual, educational and operational life of the College, fostering a culture of Christian faith, academic growth, educational excellence and genuine care for students and staff. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic Prep–Year 12 school community committed to Christ‐centred education, strong relationships and the holistic development of every student.
