Network Troubleshooting Specialist
position in Canberra could be your next big move.
What you’ll do:
Be the primary contact for your accounts, managing issues from start to finish
Troubleshoot and resolve network/security problems with speed and clarity
Recreate customer environments in lab settings to test and validate solutions
Work closely with R&D;, sales, and regional support teams to drive product improvements
Mentor junior Technical Account Managers and share best practices
Conduct periodic site visits and ensure customers get the guidance they need
What you bring:
Experience in networking or security technical support, ideally in telco or large enterprise
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and security products like firewalls, IPS/IDS, IPsec, anti-spam
Solid problem-solving skills and excellent communication (oral and written)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is desirable.
Desirable Qualifications:
CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/CISSP, system integration experience, scripting skills, or data centre exposure
