Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of personal clients with complex tax affairs, including high-net-worth individuals, agricultural clients, entrepreneurs, partnerships, and trustsSupport Partners and Directors with tax planning initiatives-and take the lead when appropriate-on matters such as succession planning through trusts and corporate structures, as well as capital gains and inheritance tax planningCollaborating with other service lines, such as Accounts and Corporate Tax, to deliver integrated solutions to clientsReview and oversee compliance work and core advisory tasks completed by junior team membersMaintain strong client relationships while supporting senior team members in identifying opportunities for new engagements and service expansionSupport the development of junior team members by providing timely feedback and assisting with both their technical and professional growth Requirements ACA or ACCA and CTAExperience and solid understanding of Private Client tax issuesProven technical knowledge and capability to communicate complex messages to your client baseExperience in tax planning/advisoryManagement and organisational experience Benefits Generous holiday packageShared parental leaveFully funded training towards qualificationsPrivate medical insuranceAre you an Tax Associate Director looking to positively contribute to a growing firm?
