Rehabilitation and Recovery Worker
Full‐time position with maternity leave cover until 8 January 2027. Salary is SCHADS 3B – AU$38.65 – AU$41.45 per hour – plus 17.5% leave loading and up to AU$15,899 salary packaging.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct, practical support to participants to regain, maintain and improve self‐management and other recovery skills.
* Assist participants in identifying hopes, aspirations and goals, and co‐develop recovery plans to achieve those goals.
* Collaborate with participants' families and communities to sustain natural supports for recovery.
* Record daily, weekly and monthly data, maintain file notes and complete program documentation, including recovery assessments, risk assessments, and referral paperwork.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience in a support role for people with mental illness; a tertiary qualification in Mental Health or Community Services is desirable.
* Current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel where required.
* Satisfactory police record check (less than 12 months old) and Working with Children check.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
