IPA is looking for a Customer Service Administration Officer
Full Time Temporary Contract for 6 months
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Manage all activities relating to Development and Communities Division
- Manage all phone queries
- Manage all customer queries on front counter
- Stock management
- Data management of all council information
- Provide customer support with Council Web inquiries
- Manage data relating to Building Department
- Manage council reporting requirements
- Manage council Justice of the Peace contacts and rosters
- Manage information packages to council residents
- Using Finance One system assists with applicable orders and requisitions
**ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Front line customer service and admin experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- High level skills in all Microsoft Suite of products
- National Police Clearance
**DESIRABLE**
- Experience in local government
