To be successful in this role, you are required to have:
* Previous experience working in a smash repair workshop (min. 5 years)
* Personal smash repair knowledge (panel beating, spray painting, car parts, etc.)
* Experience in managing staff workloads and scheduling work
* Knowledge of automotive estimation and quoting (use of IBODY, Audanet is highly advantageous)
* Must have excellent leadership and customer service skills
* Workshop management and production
* Ordering and parts handling
* Finalize job files ready for invoicing.
