We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and contribute to marketing and office operations. This dynamic role blends traditional EA duties with hands-on involvement in marketing, travel coordination, and office management.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
* Diary and meeting coordination for senior executives
* Travel and accommodation bookings (domestic)
* Reconciling company card transactions and managing receipt retention
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for permanent employees
* Handling IT help requests and liaising with IT support
* Assisting with calendar scheduling
Marketing & Social Media Assistance
* Assisting with social media content and ad postings
* Supporting EDM creation and distribution via Mailchimp (training provided)
* Collaborating with the team on campaigns and communications
* Managing inventory of promotional materials and ID badges
Office & Facilities Management
* Ordering office supplies and coffee
* Inventory management and restocking supplies
* Overseeing boardroom setup and usage
* Organising birthday and anniversary gifts
* Supporting company car logistics and maintenance
The Right Candidate will have:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Comfortable working with cloud drives, spreadsheets, and basic IT systems
* Experience with Mailchimp or willingness to learn
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a team-first mindset
