Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 5+ years of human resources generalist experience
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
* Knowledge of local labor law
* Experience as a human resource generalist
* Experience with performance appraisal systems and staff development
