Sales Manager - Longford, Tasmania, Full-time, Base + commission + vehicle
Water Dynamics Tasmania has been part of the local landscape for more than 30 years. Operating from our Longford branch, we are Tasmania's leading T-L centre pivot and linear irrigator supplier, and a trusted partner to dairy, broadacre, horticulture and vineyard customers across the state. We're looking for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of our Tasmanian sales.
What you'll do
* Sell T-L pivot irrigators and full irrigation systems across Tasmania.
* Manage a high-quality Zoho CRM pipeline with a monthly sales-planning rhythm.
* Build long-term relationships with dairy, broadacre, horticulture, vineyard, industrial and government customers.
* Partner with our design team to convert opportunities into profitable, well-engineered solutions.
* Represent Water Dynamics at Agfest, field days and industry events.
You bring
* 5+ years B2B sales experience - ideally in irrigation, agribusiness or capital equipment.
* A strong Tasmanian agricultural network (highly regarded).
* A disciplined, CRM-driven approach and sharp commercial instincts.
* Drive, autonomy, and a love for time on-farm with customers.
