$75,000 – $90,000 per year (subject to experience)
Responsibilities
Manage the ongoing client service and review schedule for an allocated client list.
Provide end-to-end administrative support to advisers across new client onboarding, review processes, and ad hoc advice needs.
Prepare, maintain, and ensure accuracy of client files and records (including Xplan and SharePoint), meeting all compliance and legislative requirements.
Xplan experience will be highly regarded; however training will be provided for the right candidate.
Working knowledge of compliance requirements and legislative frameworks within financial services is highly preferred.
Implement advice recommendations and process transactions, including investment setup, superannuation, pensions, rollovers, and transfers, liaising with platforms and fund managers as required.
Manage client administration, including preparing Ongoing Service and Fee Agreements (OCSA/OFA), producing correspondence and reports, and coordinating updates with third parties (e.g. Centrelink, accountants, lawyers).
Coordinate adviser support activities, including diary management, meeting preparation, and workflow/task management using Xplan.
Contribute to a high-quality client experience through compliance with established processes, effective workload management, and participation in team support activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in financial services required.
Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.
