This is an exciting opportunity to challenge yourself and grow your skills in a niche industry.This role will focus on growing the lighting tower product line.Reporting to the Sales Manager,your responsibilities include:Identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and site visitsEngage with decision-makers to understand project needs and align with company capabilitiesManage leads and opportunities in CRM, ensuring visibility and accurate trackingDevelop tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams and prepare compelling proposalsPresent, negotiate, and secure commercially viable agreements with confidence and professionalismCoordinate smooth handovers to internal teams and support early stages of project deliveryMaintain client relationships, seek feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat businessContribute to team meetings, share market insights, and support continuous improvementTo be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in the lighting tower industryAbility to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear languagePossess excellent interpersonal presentation and communicational skillsAbility to upsell, cross sell across entire product suite, negotiate and close dealsWell-developed planning and time management skills, with the ability to work independentlyWell-developed skills in CRM, office computing applications including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint presentation software and emailFlexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detailDegree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering (desirable)What makes Allight differentWe are a progressive company with a supportive team.
