About the role:
Clarity Partners is partnering with a well-established civil contracting business delivering earthworks and infrastructure projects across regional WA.
We are seeking a dependable Project Administrator. This role supports project teams with documentation, reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. This position suits someone who is highly organised, confident with systems and paperwork, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and maintaining project documentation, registers, and forms.
Support Project Managers and Supervisors with reporting, meeting minutes, and internal correspondence.
Maintain accurate and compliant filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
Track key project data such as crew hours, project progress, and resource allocations.
Coordinate general administrative needs across the project team.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to support project requirements.
Assist in continuous improvement and support broader business functions when required.
About You
Previous experience in administration or project support, ideally within construction, civil, engineering, or resources.
Strong organisation and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and documentation.
Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid Driver's Licence (essential).
