Our client, a highly respected leader in Sydney's strata management sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, financial administration, and front-desk coordination.

About the Role
Reporting to senior management, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office with a strong focus on financial oversight and administrative management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Accounting & Financial Administration
Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly
Liaise with committees, suppliers, and external accountants on finance-related queries
Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial closing activities
Process payroll and maintain employee financial records
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Coordinate insurance renewals, Strata Hub reporting, and DocuSign agreement processing
Reception & Administrative Support
Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Oversee client onboarding and property handovers
Provide administrative support to leadership and operational teams
Office Management
Oversee the general office environment, supplies, and equipment
Manage vendor relationships (IT, cleaning, utilities, etc.)
Maintain office procedures and policiesSupport process improvements across internal teams
About You
Proven experience in finance or bookkeeping, ideally within property or strata management preferred however not essential
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while supporting a close-knit team
Knowledge of strata operations (or willingness to learn)
