We are seeking a commercially minded contracts professional who can manage end-to-end contracting, partner with operational stakeholders, and keep contract governance tight in a fast-paced setting. Key responsibilities Manage the contract lifecycle: scope review, tendering support, evaluation, negotiation, award, variations and close-out Draft, review and negotiate commercial terms (risk, pricing, delivery, performance and compliance) Provide practical contracting advice to operational and project stakeholders Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and contract registers Support supplier performance conversations and resolve contractual issues/claims as required Contribute to continuous improvement across templates, processes and governance Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Proven experience in contracts management within resources, heavy industry, infrastructure, or similar environments Confidence managing multiple matters at once, with strong stakeholder engagement skills Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline Sound understanding of contracting fundamentals and commercial risk Experince within Sustaining Captial and/or Mining/HME Degree qualified in Commerce, Law, Business or Engineering or relevant industry Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
