We are currently recruiting for:
* Full-Time Accounts Administrator
* Part-Time Accounts Administrator (2 days per week)
These positions have become available to support the Finance team during a busy period and are ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and can confidently support day-to-day accounts and administrative functions.

About the Role
Working closely with the Finance team, you will provide accounts and administrative support across a range of finance functions. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working within a busy team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing supplier registrations
* Preparing and processing credit applications
* Supporting accounts payable activities
* Maintaining accurate supplier records and documentation
* Data entry and database management
* Assisting with finance administration and reporting
* Managing documentation and filing systems
* Providing general administrative support to the Finance team
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in Accounts Administration, Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or a similar role
* Working knowledge of MYOB
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Positive attitude and strong team focus
