Role

As our Geotechnical Workflow Lead you will oversee the daily coordination of soils operations, ensuring field activities are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This is a pivotal role that combines workflow management, team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily scheduling of soils and field activities
* Manage technician availability, workflow, and productivity
* Oversee vehicle fleet coordination, maintenance, and field supply management
* Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling or logistical challenges proactively
* Support onboarding, training, and day-to-day leadership of field staff
* Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and operational delivery

Qualifications

* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience leading operational or field-based teams within geotechnical, engineering, construction, or related industries
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work under pressure
* Experience with fleet coordination, scheduling, and inventory management
* Exposure to soils or geotechnical operations will be highly regarded
