Job Title: Weekend Beer Tour Guide
Looking for a fun weekend gig where you get to mingle with Perth's top breweries and show people an unforgettable time?
Perth is home to a thriving beer scene, and we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team of beer tour guides. As a weekend beer tour guide, you will be responsible for leading groups of customers on a journey through the best of Perth's craft beers.
Responsibilities:
* Lead groups of customers on a fun and informative tour of Perth's top breweries
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure a memorable experience for all guests
* Have a strong knowledge of Perth's craft beer industry and be able to recommend a variety of beers to suit different tastes
* Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality tours and events
* Be available to work weekends and occasional weekdays during peak season
Requirements:
* A fun and engaging personality with a passion for beer and great customer service
* An RSA or willingness to obtain one before starting work
* A C Class license (Auto is fine)
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a role involving customer service and event management
* Knowledge of Perth's craft beer scene and ability to recommend a variety of beers to suit different tastes
