We have an opportunity for aGraduate Mechanical or Structural Engineer to join our team in Gladstone and grow with our business. As a graduate, you will learn industry best practices from key professionals across our business. Our Engineering team works on a variety of projects at different stages, from scoping and design to delivery.
About the Role:
* Applying various standard engineering methods and techniques to address challenges.
* Responsible for executing engineering tasks including detailed design under close supervision.
* Supporting senior engineers with data analysis, design creation, and computations.
* Developing and applying commercial acumen by reviewing project documentation, conducting peer reviews of reports, and contributing to costing and project procurement.
About you:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
* Knowledge and experience with relevant design and engineering software.
* Detailed technical understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Interest in the mining and resources sector.
This position is for relocation to Gladstone. This is not a FIFO opportunity.
