About The Role

We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed therapy supporting NDIS participants across home, school, clinic and community environments.

What You'll Be Doing

* Deliver functional and person-centred Occupational Therapy services
* Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
* Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence
* Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams
* Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings
* Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
