Your responsibilities will include:

* Grow your professional skills while delivering high-quality work that meets industry standards
* Stay ahead of trends, contribute fresh ideas and introduce new technologies to improve processes and outcomes
* Assist in delivering capital and operational works programs to maintain and enhance marine infrastructure including foreshore protection works, dredging, ferry terminal and boat ramp.
* Provide accurate, timely information and exceptional service to internal and external customers
* Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
* Assist in managing assets throughout their life cycle
* Provide advice and briefings to Councillors and the Senior Leadership Team
* Undertake community consultation and respond to community enquiries
* Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets
* Opportunity to attend professional development training and learn about marine infrastructure and coastal processes

Eligibility:

* Graduated from an Australian university in a relevant tertiary qualification within the last 2 years.
* Appointment is subject to a satisfactory criminal history check.
* To be eligible for employment, applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
