Financial Analyst – Mergers & Acquisitions
Office Based Role in Blackburn – Full Time – Specialist Advisory Firm

We are seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to support high‐value M&A and advisory transactions across aged care facilities, retirement villages and healthcare‐related property assets throughout Australia.
This is an outstanding opportunity to gain direct exposure to M&A transactions, senior decision‐makers and institutional‐quality advisory work within a highly active sector.
What You Will Be Working On
* Financial modelling and transaction analysis including analysis of Profit & Loss Statements
* Valuation and investment assessments
* Information Memorandums and in‐person presentations
* Due diligence coordination and virtual data rooms maintenance
* Market research and strategic analysis
* Client meetings, site inspections and stakeholder engagement
* Transaction execution support across acquisitions and divestments
About You
* 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, valuations or transaction services
* Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office capability
* CA/CFA/CPA qualifications viewed favourably
* Interest in M&A, healthcare, property or retirement living sectors advantageous
