We're looking for an experienced People & Culture (HR) Business Partner to join our team on a 13 month parental leave contract. Reporting directly to the GGM People & Culture, you'll partner across our portfolio of much-loved Retail Apparel brands.

This is a true generalist role where no two days look the same. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Retail Leaders, shaping people strategy, leading meaningful projects, and helping bring our People strategy to life.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Partner with Retail Leadership teams to understand their business and shape people strategies that move the metrics they care about.
* Lead people projects and own the People stream across key strategic business initiatives.
* Coach and advise leaders across the full employee lifecycle including performance, succession planning, talent development, change management, and engagement.
* Build leadership capability through coaching, feedback and targeted development.
* Champion HR policies and practices that are commercial, practical, and aligned to best practice.
* Run complex employee relations matters and investigations end-to-end and be the escalation point for the People Advisor on day to day ER.
* Use HR data and insights to influence decision-making and identify opportunities to improve people and business outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience as a People & Culture or HR Business Partner, ideally within retail, apparel, or another fast‐paced consumer environment.
* Strong employee relations capability with confidence managing both day-to-day matters and complex investigations.
* Credible with senior leaders and on the shop floor – you adjust your style without losing the message.
* Commercially minded with the ability to balance people outcomes with business priorities.
* A natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and builds strong partnerships across teams.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are ideal, but not essential.
