Job Opportunity: Registry Clerk
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Registry Clerk.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Principal Registrar, handling basic telephone enquiries and ensuring information is provided and received in compliance with legislative requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for the Tribunal on telephone calls and in person.
* Liaison and Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure information is provided and received in compliance with legislative requirements.
* Administrative Support: Provide high-level secretarial/executive, clerical, keyboard, administrative, data processing, and other support to the President, Principal Registrar, and other Streams of the Tribunal.
* Documentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of documentation including tribunal decisions, draft minutes, briefings, ministerial and other correspondence, and related matters.
* Scheduling and Organization: Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, functions, and related activities.
* Clerking of Hearings: Clerking of hearings of the Tribunal providing support through maintenance of AV and recording facilities.
* Information Management: Manage information for the Tribunal, overseeing and maintaining the physical filing, information management, and case management systems.
