We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sonographer to step into a Modality Lead role at Bairnsdale Regional Health Service—where you can lead a service, stay hands‐on clinically, and enjoy an unbeatable coastal/regional lifestyle.

About the Role:
As the Sonography Modality Lead, you will:
* Deliver high-quality ultrasound services across inpatient, outpatient and emergency settings
* Lead day‐to‐day operations of the sonography serviceMentor staff and support student development
* Drive quality, safety, and service improvement
* Work closely with a collaborative multidisciplinary team
This is a great opportunity to step into leadership while staying clinical.
What you'll bring:
* ASAR accredited Sonographer (AHPRA registered)
* Solid clinical experience (ideally 5+ years)
* Leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
* Passion for quality care and team development
