This leading Commercial Fit Out Construction company with decades of experience across the residential, commercial and industrial sector are seeking a meticulous
**_ Systems Trainer & Applications Support Analyst_** to create and maintain an efficient training function across the business for new and exisiting employees. This role is an integral position to the company reporting into the Systems Manager (who is awesome), i have to say it is definitely a role for someone who loves to learn and create a fun experience to upskill staff!
This role is certainly for someone who is capable of absorbing information well and coming up with ways to really enforce a strong understanding across the business with the systems they use. Someone who is organised and happy go lucky will suit this role well!
**The Role**:
**Working along side the Systems Manager/Business Analyst you will be responsible for....**
- First month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required.
- Liaise with external SAS provider helpdesks (where applicable)
- Identify areas of continuous improvement, co-ordinate and perform system masterclass sessions
- Support the Business Analyst/Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required including systems implementations, process improvement, data cleansing etc.
**What You'll Need**:
- A strong systems/tech savvy background
- A strong understanding with SharePoint
- A positiive attitude & great at dealing with people on all levels
- Engaging approach & Can do attitude
- At least 4 years experience in a training role
- Open to induistry however an understanding or exposure to Construction is desirable
- Passion for training people!
