Job Description

Join Our Team as a Sales/Territory Manager!

CEA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales/Territory Manager to enhance our customer base and drive growth in the CEA product lines in Rockhampton and Gladstone areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets: Drive new equipment sales and exceed budget expectations

Promote Used Equipment: Leverage every opportunity to sell used equipment

Implement Sales Strategies: Execute product and application-focused sales strategies as directed

Manage Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery

Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with current and past customers

Product Demonstrations: Organise and manage product demonstrations within your territory

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, budget, and strategic objectives

Represent the Company: Act as a company ambassador at shows, exhibitions, and business forums

Administrative Duties: Prepare and submit sales orders and updates to the Customer Database

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in territory management and achieving sales targets

Proficient in generating leads and cold calling

In-depth understanding of the market sector and opposition products

Ability to execute specific sales strategies effectively

Skill in representing the company with customers and manufacturers

Strong reporting and communication skills

A knowledge of generator and compressor market / previous experience in this area is highly preferred
