Mane Consulting is representing an NSW government organisation in their search for a Project Manager - Construction, Facilities & Infrastructure to join their team on a 12 month, daily-rate contract basis. The organisation provide a wide range of publicly accessible health related services to thousands of residents across Gosford, the Central Coast and NSW region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager - Construction, Facilities & Infrastructure, you will support the construction, refitting and redevelopment of a range of regional health equipment, infrastructure and capital works projects which have a real impact on the lives of local residents. Due to an influx of project requirements, the Projects team are expanding rapidly to increase their delivery capacity. You will work on a hybrid basis from the company's Gosford offices, travelling to Central Coast project sites when required with the flexibility to work remotely when possible.
ABOUT YOU
* Previous project management experience across infrastructure and construction related projects
* Full project lifecycle experience, from tender to delivery
* Expertise in NSW Government project tendering and administration practices, GC21 experience being highly advantageous
* A track record of delivering projects of up to $10 million in value within time and finance constraints
* A valid drivers licence with the ability to travel between office and project sites when required
