About the Role and Where you Will Be Working
The Southern Cross Health and Wellness Centre is a state‑of‑the‑art exercise, rehabilitation and medical facility where we provide person‑centred care. As a Physiotherapist, you will deliver assessments, develop care plans, provide outreach services in clients' homes, and support our residents in partnership with the broader healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality physiotherapy services to our residents.
- Maintain an effective falls prevention and management program within the home setting.
- Communicate effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents.
- Contribute to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service.
- Comply with Allied Health, clinical and Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures and safe work practices.
Qualifications
To be successful you will need to be an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with at least 3 years of experience, a strong commitment to person‑centred care, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A genuine desire to make a positive difference in our residents' lives is essential.
