Role
As the Sales & Marketing Manager with Coral Coast Distributors, you are an integral part of the team that makes up a locally owned business that is an industry leader in the area. In this role you will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate sales and marketing activities within our organisation. You will improve the organisation's market position and achieve financial growth. You will assist in defining long‐term goals for Coral Coast Distributors, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of the current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand the company's goal and purpose to ensure continuous enhancement of the company's performance.
* Develop and implement the company's sales plan.
* Develop and implement the company's marketing plan.
* Develop and implement the company's communications plan.
* Represent the company at industry events, workshops and networking opportunities.
* Oversee operational, administrative and project management support for other projects undertaken by the business.
* Work with stakeholders to review sales activities with customers as per company marketing strategies.
* Build relationships with complementary services including community allies.
* Develop and maintain the company sales kit including brochures, social media plan and branding.
* Manage company social media accounts and website.
* Oversee development of collateral, including distribution.

Qualifications
* Qualification in Business or Sales & Marketing.
* Previous experience in a management role.
* Previous experience in business development and account management.
* Previous experience leading a team.
* Excellent time management.
* Project management experience.
* Experience with industry software programs.
* Desktop, tablet and mobile device experience.
* National Police Criminal History Report (less than three months old) with acceptable outcome.
