Overview
This is not a brand role. This is a revenue role. PWF is a property wealth advisory and we are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to build and scale a high-performance, AI-first growth engine for a fast-growing B2C business. You won’t be managing agencies and reporting on vanity metrics. You will own acquisition, conversion, and revenue — end to end. What You’ll Own
* End-to-end lead generation engine across paid media, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing
* Full-funnel performance strategy — from first click to qualified lead to revenue
* AI-powered marketing systems, including automation, content generation, and optimisation workflows
* Paid media execution (Google, Meta, and beyond) — structure, testing, scaling
* Website performance — UX, CRO, landing pages, and conversion pathways
* Attribution, reporting, and forecasting — connecting spend to revenue, not just clicks
* CRM and lifecycle marketing — nurture, segmentation, retention, and reactivation
What Makes This Role Different
* You will build the system, not just optimise campaigns
* You will own performance, not outsource it
* You will operate in an AI-first environment (GEO, LLM visibility, automation pipelines)
* You will work directly with leadership and influence commercial decisions
* Is deeply hands-on in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms
* Has built and scaled B2C lead generation engines, not just campaigns
* Understands SEO + emerging AI search (GEO / LLM visibility), not just keywords
* Thinks in systems and automation, not one-off tactics
* Can design attribution models and tie marketing to revenue outcomes
* Has a strong track record improving CPA, conversion rate, and lead quality
* Is comfortable owning strategy + execution (this is not a “manage the team only” role)
