The Role
* Coordinate building services across major residential and mixed use developments
* Review hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and fire services documentation throughout design and delivery phases
* Liaise with consultants, contractors and construction teams to ensure practical and coordinated outcomes
* Support buildability reviews, staging discussions and services integration across active projects
* Assist with consultant management, RFIs, design coordination and technical issue resolution
* Monitor compliance, programme impacts and services coordination throughout construction
* Provide practical engineering input during procurement, delivery and commissioning phases
* Support refurbishment and existing building upgrade works where required
The Criteria
* Experience within building services engineering, services coordination or related project engineering roles
* Exposure to vertical buildings projects including apartments, hotels, commercial or mixed use developments
* Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services coordination
* Comfortable working across both technical coordination and practical project delivery
