Your Toolkit Should Include
Mechanical Trade Qualification (Cert III Mechanical Engineering).
Diploma of Engineering (or a commitment to start ASAP).
Solid industry experience and a knack for problem-solving.
White Card, NSW Driver's Licence, and strong computer literacy.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a multi-skilled team.
Day-to-day, You'll
Monitor and report asset conditions like a pro.
Support scheduling for routine maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns.
Create work orders in SAP and keep maintenance history sharp.
Roll up your sleeves for hands-on tasks when needed.
Drive improvements and participate in root-cause analysis.
